Product Guarantee Service:

The product comes with a one-year warranty, starting from the date of successful testing and qualification. During the warranty period, non-man-made damages will be repaired free of charge.

(Note: Wearing parts are not covered under the warranty.)

Debugging Service:

The supplier is responsible for sending personnel to the site for debugging and training. After successful commissioning, the customer will issue an acceptance report.

Training Service:

The supplier and customer will cooperate closely. The supplier will send technicians to assist with installation, debugging, and trial operation. Training will be provided to relevant operators until they can operate the equipment normally and the machine runs stably.

Maintenance Service:

If the customer encounters equipment problems that cannot be resolved through self-repair, the supplier will arrive on-site within 24–48 hours after receiving notice.

Lifelong Service:

After the warranty period ends, the supplier will continue to provide lifelong service and offer wearing parts at preferential prices.

Parts Service:

After the warranty period, we will continue to provide timely and complete spare parts support.

Acceptance and Delivery Service:

After product completion, the supplier will notify the customer in advance to arrange personnel to visit the supplier’s site for inspection and acceptance. Once approved, the product will be delivered.

Documentation Service:

Upon contract fulfillment, the supplier will provide product-related documents, including the operation manual, parts list, certificate of conformity, material report, and other relevant information.
