Vertical Packing Machine
A Vertical Packaging Machine is one of the automated packaging solutions that fill products into bags, pouches, or sachets using vertically mounted form-fill-seal technology. The machine automatically loads bags, automatically fills, automatically cleans the mouth of the bag, automatically puts the lid, and automatically drops the bag.

Types of Vertical Packing Machines

Standard Vertical Form-Fill-Seal (VFFS) Machines
A standard VFFS machine is the most common vertical packing system, ideal for high speed continuous packing. These machines integrate forming, filling and sealing into one process. They are used for packaging products like snacks, coffee, sugar, rice. VFFS machines reduce manual labor and improve packaging consistency.
Fully Automated vs. Semi-Automated Machines
Vertical packing machines can also be referred to as automated or semi-automated based on how automated they are. Automated machines automate each process of process of packaging, ranging from film feeding, and bagging, to cutting, without utilizing people. Such machines are appropriate for large manufacturing lines where there is a need for maximum possible efficiency and precision.
The working principle of the
Vertical packaging machine is that the film will be rolled into the filling tube on the surface of the film wrapping cylinder through the forming machine at the bearing device, through the guide rod group of the tensioning device and the controlled photoelectric detection device to test the packaging material. The longitudinal heat sealing film rolled into a cylindrical interface with the longitudinal heat sealing device *, the tube cylinder, and the tubular film are then moved to the side heat sealing mechanical seal and packaging tube. The measuring device measures the items, fills the bag through the upper filling tube, and then cuts the side heat seal and the center of the heat seal device to form a packaging unit, while forming the next bottom barrel bag seal
