Equipped with two independent capping heads, it can simultaneously perform capping operations on two bottles of products. The production speed can reach 40-80 bottles per minute (the specific speed can be customized), which is more than 100% higher than that of traditional single-head equipment, meeting the demand for large-scale continuous production.
2. Intelligent following and grasping, precise positioning:
Equipped with a high-precision visual recognition system or photoelectric sensors, it can track the position of the bottle body on the conveyor belt in real time, dynamically adjust the grasping angle and height, and be compatible with various bottle shapes such as round, square, and irregular ones. There is no need to frequently change the fixtures, making it more convenient to switch specifications.
3. Adaptive Cap Torque Control:
Equipped with servo motor drive, the torque is precisely adjustable. Combined with a flexible pressure feedback system, it ensures consistent tightness of the caps, preventing damage to the bottle caps or poor sealing. The yield rate can reach up to 99.8%.
4. Human-machine interaction, convenient operation:
A 7-inch color touch screen integrated control interface is provided, supporting one-click parameter setting, real-time production data monitoring and self-diagnosis of faults. It offers both "automatic/manual" modes, making debugging and maintenance simpler.
5. Modular design with strong compatibility:
It can be seamlessly integrated with filling machines, labeling machines, packaging machines and other equipment, supports customized interfaces and functional expansion (such as vacuum suction, air displacement and other special processes), and is compatible with various cap specifications ranging from 200ml to 1L and 1L to 5L.
