FXG-1/2 automatic follow-up capping machine consists of a cap sorting machine, a cap conveying device, a gripping and capping system, a motion module, a conveying mechanism and a control system. The overall structure is simple and easy to adjust. The whole machine adopts PLC and touch screen automatic control, which has wide applicability and convenient adjustment.

This newly developed tracking capping machine integrates the functions of bottle feeding, cap sorting, cap feeding, capping and bottle discharging. Bottles are fed in by belt clamps and capped by tracking capping heads. Bottles do not need to stop when capping. Bottle movement and capping are performed synchronously, which can effectively prevent liquid spillage. The equipment adopts servo-controlled torque capping, which does not damage the bottle body and cap. It is fast, safe and stable, and has a high capping qualification rate. Compared with ordinary capping and sealing machines, the fully automatic linear tracking capping and sealing machine does not need to pause during operation, which can effectively prevent materials from spilling from the bottle mouth and contaminating the bottle body, and improve work efficiency.

2000-3000BPH linear tracking capping and sealing machine is suitable for automatic capping of 500ml-5L bottles. The capping process is completed during product movement.
